Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu dear brothers and sisters,
I hope this message finds you well. Alhamdulillah, Ramadan is fast approaching, and the team at SDIC, Masjid Khadeejah is working hard to make plans for this year's Taraweeh prayers, festivities, and Eid prayer. Ramadan is a blessed month filled with opportunities for spiritual growth and community connection. We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for our brothers and sisters to come together and celebrate this particular time.
We will be renting a church space for Taraweeh prayers and would like to invite everyone to join us. The space provides a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere for congregational prayers.
If you are interested in offering Iftar this year, You can expect to receive a sign-up Google form with all the relevant dates and logistical information within the next few weeks. This form will allow us to gather information about people interested in offering Iftar. In the meantime, If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Sister Lola or Brother Asif.
We also seek volunteers to help us plan and execute our Ramadan events and Taraweeh prayers. If you are interested, please let us know. Public service for fellow Muslim brothers and sisters has been highly encouraged by our prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.); please don't miss out on this opportunity to gain as many rewards this Ramadan.
